The Cruise Shop

Tried this company with the hopes that I could get good personal customer care with booking my first cruise. They are rather uppity and the prices are not any better, they was not very helpful at all did not do follow up phone calls and prices did increase on several cruises that we looked at so it ultimately did not save me any money. Diane the owner is very brusk and was not apologetic for the incident. They do not even deserve one star at all.

Stick with booking on the internet at least Travelocity does follow up phone calls.
