        Gustavo seemed very knowledgable at first, he than promised and agreed to show up for some duct work. He never showed the three time we had scheduled. He tried to send someone else, I told Id rather not-- it seems like this was a small job he did not want to do, perhaps he wanted to sell a AC :(
