They dented my aluminum rim, and when I pointed it out to them they said well nothing metal was used and they only use plastic. can you imagine trying to get a tire off a rim using plastic... oh lets say for instance a a plastic stirring spoon. They totally denied it, there customer service sucks and well I won't be going back.
