Title Town Towing

I recently had an auto accident where my vehicle was stolen and wrecked. I've never been in an accident before or had any situation like this happen in my life. When calling Title Town Towing after using their services, I spoke with the owner, Kathy. She was rude and inappropriately harsh during the entire conversation. She was defensive during the entire exchange and when I asked questions such as, "Why don't your drivers disclose the fees when towing the vehicle?", she made me feel like an idiot even though she knew this was the first time I've been through this experience. I will NEVER again use Title Town Towing or any company affiliated with them. Kathy may be the owner, but she has no compassion or customer service skills. I would never recommend this company to anyone that wants to be treated like they are a decent human being.
