DO NOT HIRE! They do not deserve one star, but had to pick atleast one. Had them scheduled to help move a piano a month in advance. Called two days before the scheduled date to confirm with them, they said we'll be there. Called them the day of confirming time, said they would be there. Called when the piano arrived, said I'll call to let my movers know. Called back 30 minutes later since they had not shown up and said we'll be on our way in 15 minutes. We live in Olathe, so it would not take too long to get for them to get to our location. Called another 30 minutes later, they said we are just now leaving for spring hill. I mentioned that was the wrong location and re-confirmed the address. After another 30 minutes I called again, they said they were lost. (If you are lost and really late to an appointment it is considerate to call the person and let them know.) I told them to not show up since we had waited an unreasonable amount of time for them to show up. The owner didn't; seem bothered by that and in fact didn't offer any apologies , Very unprofessional, unorganized, and surely will not be doing business for much longer when they simply don't show up on purpose.
