They lied to me and told me that the entire circuit board on my Kenmore refrigerator needed to be replaced and would cost $345. I found out later that the only issue was that it needed a new $20 fuse. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and lie to your face. Stay away at all costs! There is a reason they have so many 1 star reviews and a F rating with the BBB.

I was quoted $100 for a service call on 2 appliances. When the tech told me the problem and got prices for the parts ($600). I told him to do the work. He told me that he had 2 more service calls then he would get the parts and return to do the work. he never returned nor did he call to let me know he wouldn't return.

Dishonest repairmen

I called this company and was happy they could come out to repair my washer the same day! They quotes me a service call charge that would be discounted if the service was completed, but I would pay the hourly rate and parts as quoted by the service tech. He claimed to immediately know the problem before opening up the deck to look and of course it was a fuse and a switch. He quoted me $145 but gave me $5 off for paying cash.(Bad idea) I had a bad feeling when accepting the quote. I suspect the only problem was a $3 fuse, but he insisted it was a switch also. He only spent about 35 minutes TOPS working and after looking up the parts online they totaled $11. So I spent $140 for 35 minutes of labor and parts. I suggest you either pay by check, or watch him take apart your maching and if you are handy like me, decline the service and buy the parts to do it yourself. You will save a ton of money. Better yet, select another repair service!!!
