A Plus Pool Water

A plus brings me water every year. Receptionist is very nice and I would recommend them to anyone who needs pool water.

Called office June 2nd and set up appointment. One week later June 9th; 5:15 pm delivery day, I get a phone call from office saying they won't be bringing water out because the driver had a hard time getting in and out of our private road last year. Very unprofessional and rude. Pool de-winterized and sitting there uncovered. Owner/Operator did not return my phone calls. Michigan Water Transport delivered for the previous 20 years and is delivering again this year without a problem. I just tried to save some money and give the business to a more local dealer. Big mistake.

Excellent customer service !! Delivery was on time and professional. Would us them again for my pool fill .

Unprofessional company that down talks others, very disappointed.

Horrible company. Unprofessional, extremely rude, and apparently doesn't own a watch.

Our family has used A+pool water for several years now and we have never had a complaint. The driver is always there when he is supposed to be and the staff knows what they are talking about when it comes to the pools. We look forward to seeing you next year. Thank you
