First National Pawn

I have done many transactions through your staff in the past, none of which could lower my opinion with First National Pawn than that which I experienced tonight. You have among your staff, an ignorant, offensive and ignorant agent that appeatrs to have an apparently motive of his own. See cams on 11/24/21 at about 1845hrs, second camera from the right (customer view)
I brought in an approximate $500 value, Callaway Golf Club set and bag for a small loan of $20.00. I told the salesman, a male white, about 30 years of age, no nametag (surely not worn to disguise his identity, as none of your staff wore a name tag) that I get paid in 2 days and that I needed $20. He insisted on only loaning $15.00,and said that I should "go away." I told this representative that I was a regular customer and that I need $20, He again, said, "ain't happn, go away!" I was so saddened and angered by his second non caring response that I grabbed my fine golf bag and Callaway bag and left. This man has 0 understanding of the loan and pawn industry, so that he needs to find another career. I left saddened and may never return to First National Pawn. I will never return as a First National Pawn Customer again!

Had a big issue with one of their items .I had my 30 day warranty still.. with no issues after speaking to supervisor got it exchange for something similar ..thank you for great service at right price ..Landon made us happy customer and future returning ones..

Very friendly staff. I was greeted when I walked in and was treated fairly. Great place to buy DVD's. My husband bought a shotgun at a great price!
