Watches Etc

I brought my watch there just for adjusting the band . After 20 minutes, the watch came out was still kinda loosing and I askd to fix it. He said no and I had to pay $21 . Plus , he left a big scratch on my crystal and the back off my watch looked like i was open and guess what? After one day , it showed the moisture inside the watch . I had my watch checked professionally and found out he gasket was damaged. I will never ever come back. If you're thinking about coming there . STOP . GO AWAY.

I ordered a fraternaty ring from this place a few weeks ago while I was on a family trip. I decided that I would order the ring once I arrived at home the next day. I called Ken, whom I spoke with in the store, and paid in full with my debit card over the phone. I was told that my ring would be shipped within 3 to 4 days...come to find out now 2 weeks LATER that the ring is on back order for ANOTHER 2 weeks. That is not the works part the customer service there SUCKS.. I had to call them LONG DISTANCE to find any information..Not once did they return my calls after they withdrew the payment for a ring I have not received. I spoke with them earlier and they have the nerve to say if the ring comes in do I still want it...

NIGHTMARE - I bought a watch for husband for Father's Day and was supposed to have it back within four days with engraving. It came back 6 days later and the engraving was wrong! I had no time to get it fixed before Father's Day. Then I brought it back again to have it fixed and they promised me at the latest one week and then when I called to follow up (because they never do) they said they needed another 5 days!!! Total incompetence!!!!!
