This was one of the most pleasant experiences we have had.  a pleasure to deal with through the entire buying process They helped us to test drive and look at a variety of different vehicles. very precise and clear in explaning us the various insurance options and in quickly doing the paperwork.

Unwilling to negotiate or locate the Mazda model we wanted. Would not recommend. Will not be going back. I was a repeat customer who has spent $100,000+ at their dealership.

I have bought a Mazda Tribute from Russ Darrow. I was told that during the month we bought our car, Russ Darrow was offering an extended warranty (through Russ Darrow themselves) that would cover the car up to 75,000 miles. Come to find out WE GOT SCREWED. They are NOT giving us that warranty and instead gave us a double warranty through a different company ONTOP of Mazda's orginal warranty. This place will take you for a ride when you buy your car!!!!!!!!! They are sneaky, untrustworthy, and full of crap.



Their service is a whole other story. It takes MORE than an hour for a oil change and they always seem to find something "wrong" with your car (even a brand new one). They go through people like water and their mechanics are horrible. I also brought our car into the shop to get my tire looked at. After an HOUR (yes an hour) they FINALLY came out saying there was a nail in it. If you like long waits, this is a place for you. Otherwise take your Mazda to Amato on the north side. You get treated with MORE respect and are honest. Amato even takes you out on the floor to SHOW YOU the problem and makes sure you understand what is going on.
