The lady (wife) scheduled app. The repair man (husband) could not fix the problem, had to order a part. The office was to call me with an estimate on part before serving again. Did not here from them. Few days later get a csll the the part was here and would like to schedule 2nd visit although I had not approved the part Oder for $143, when mircrowave is about $249. Was a ripoff. Husband wife operation , was given an excuse that may be there was miscommunication. Did not pay for part but had to pay for visit. Will not use them ever.

I was set up with this company through Lowe's to have them repair my washer and dryer. When trying to set up and appointment, the lady I spoke with was rude and not flexible. They set up the appointment with a time frame for when they will be there. I let the lady know that I had to leave at a specific time and the repair man showed up 10 minutes before I had to leave. He came to look at the appliances and said he has to order a part for the dryer. It had been about a month and I had not heard back from them so I called and had to leave a voicemail. It has been over 2 months and I still have not heard back. I finally decide to call Lowe's to see what is going on and the company had put in that my work order was complete.
