Expert Moving and Storage

I wish didn't have to give a star at all. Glenn's moving is now Expert Moving. We used Expert because we thought they would be great - we were SO WRONG!!! First of all, we were quoted a move that was 8-10 hours and 2 trucks, we kept calling to ask for help and to find out if we needed an extra truck, we were consistently told we were fine. In fact, we had the salesperson come out a second time because we were anxious about our move. Again,we were told we were in good shape. We ended up with 4 trucks and an 18 hour move - one way! When I asked about the inconsistency, I was told it was our fault because we had too much stuff! Our boxes were dropped in whatever room they felt like putting them and they broke a bunch of furniture. To make matters worse, they lost the pieces to put the beds and dressers back together - not that most of the guys even knew how to do it. I also had to hire a company to properly put together our piano! If you're smart you'll pick a different mover!!

Really professional movers. Quick, efficient, nice, hardworking. All you could ask for. I would refer them to anyone. I was really happy with the service

I can't even rate them a star at all. They are abusive extortionists with no regard to human life or personal belongings. My family was BLACKMAILED into giving the "movers" (three guys who spent most of their time eating pizza and laughing at the elderly residents of the house.) It took over 2 months and the help of the police of two counties to get any furniture delivered. Some of which was broken. Since the "movers" walked off the job about three times after randomly demanding extra cash and for my family to provide their own moving supplies.Any correspondence with "Glen" has resulted in mockery and abuse and not much accomplished. These people do not deserve to be in business they are disgusting.
