Called for repair of Figidaire (Electrolux) front-load washer. Quickly told me over the phone that they do not service that brand. Asked if they would come out for a paid service call just to diagnose and refused stating "we don't carry parts for that brand." Asked them if they could direct me to other home appliance repair service. "We don't know anyone who services that brand," was their response. NO HELP WHATSOEVER.
