Affordable TV Repair

This little company is very unprofessional. The scheduler is a young woman by the name of Christine. She tentatively set a time for me & said she would call me back to confirm. I never heard back so I tried to call them. She cussed at me and hung up on me 3 times. The reason that I was calling her back is that it was the day before I was scheduled and I took off work from my professional job to be there. Then on the day of they were a no call, no show. Do not make the mistake that I did.

Called and came to pick up my TV and diagnosis it for $50 not bad right... Then charged $400 to fix so i did it 3 months later had the same problem so came to get it at no charge ...havent heard from him since so affordable TV has a nice TV and some cash don't do it !!!!

If I could give them a negative rating, I would! My Vizio E320VL tv stopped working. I called them and they came and picked up the tv. I was told the cost to repair it was worth almost as much as what I paid for it, HOWEVER, after that, they refused to return my calls and kept the tv to use for parts without reimbursing me. Essentially, they stole my tv. I checked Ebay. I could have sold it for spare parts myself. Rip off business. DO NOT USE!
