The long term success has been achieved by working closely with clients on all types of new construction and remodeling, with restaurant industry being our specialty. Carlson Construction Management has been proud to have been affiliated with the nation’s top restaurant chains. Carlson Construction Management was originally founded by Lindley Carlson in 1968. Since 1969, we have been a preferred general contractor by McDonalds, one of the largest fast food chain restaurants in the nation. Our repeat business with McDonalds and other large chain restaurants serve as a representation of the quality work that we continue to provide. Our current President, Mr. Ron VanMeter, has over 29 years in construction experience, from job supervision, project management bidding and overall general management for our company. Mrs. Regina Keeling, Corporate Secretary, has been the office manager for Carlson for over 30 years, and handles all accounting functions as well as draw applications and project coordination. Mr. Max Shafto, Senior Project Manager, has over 30 years in construction experience, from carpentry, superintendent, job scheduling, bidding and project management.
