Discount Smoke Shop

This was my favorite smoke shop. There is always a nice lady begins the counter that makes everyone feel welcome and is very friendly. Today, they're was an older gentleman who was pretty much the opposite of our friendly face. First- he refused our coupon for a pack of cigarettes. Ok, I get it. We're already at a discount store, no problem. That just meant I had to pay the difference in change because I wasnt prepared for it to be denied. This is where the encounter turned nasty. The man instantly said "I'm not taking your change, no" we stand there in disbelief. He continues "didn't you hear me? I'm serious, I want your change!" I was in shock by his reacted and humiliated because he did it in front of other customers. Mortified, I walk out of the store, and hear him continue complaining about my change to the person in line behind me. Very rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for.
