        Overall

        Third time in a row I've been let down by this place... I'm done going here the people are really rude, my fries are always cold, and my order is not even close to what I order everytime

        Hostile work place environment

        While waiting in the lobby for my order at your MCDONALD ON 23rd. & Sterling Independence MO.

        While I was waiting, 2 managers who both seems to me to be Hispanic, were harassing a co-worker.

        A Light skinned teenager, who looks about 16 or 17. They were shouting, fussing and running the little girl back and forth.

        While the 2 managers seem to be amused by the whole thing! Myself and the other customer in the lobby were irritated by the whole

        Harassing invent.

        So I called the NO# that was on the receipt. I asked to speak with a manager.

        Manger name Diya answered, and when I asked for her manager, she said Tim was her manger.

        I told her what I observed and was asking her for information to talk to her manger.

        But she hung up on me!

        half star not a whole one even!!!!!!
