We couldn't be more pleased with Ultimate Home Services replacement of flooring we recently purchased at Lowe's. In a single day, Carlos and his partner expertly removed old carpeting/pad and installed new carpeting/pad. Because I expressed concern about some online reviews, Owner Bruce Rulman kindly offered his personal attention and assurance. In fact, on the day of installation, both he and Field Service Manager Tony Spencer stopped by our home to introduce themselves--impressive! I recently had a carpet installation done by Lowes out of the Carmel store. I was able to schedule my appointment to measure my home online and all went as scheduled. The man that came out to measure was knowledgeable and helpfull with all my questions. Ultimate Home Services Called to schedule my installation once my carpet came in and I was able to get a date that worked around my busy schedule. On the day of install I got a call in the morning from a young lady letting me know my installers was on his way and would be arriving withing 30 minutes. Marvin was my installer and he was clean, efficient and careful with my home. All went great and I love my new carpet. A manager named Tony called after the install to make sure I was satisfied and when I told him how great everyone was he asked if I would review Ultimate. I was surprised to see some bad reviews because my experience was fantastic. I will certainly use Lowes and Ultimate/Marvin for my next carpet installation.
