This post office sucks! I had moved and my new green card was never delivered to me. It was delivered to my old address and somehow my card got lost. It was never notified to me or sent back to Department of Homeland Security. I found out that they don't forward government mail. So where did it go? They investigated it and admitted that it was lost. So I now have to pay another $450 to get my card! I plan to sue the post office for this screw-up! With all the immigration issues this should have never been sent through the general mail. It is something that should have been signed for and shown proof of identification. No wonder we have so many immigration issues in this country!

My tracking information is always blank. I am sure they did not scan my tracking number. Both me and my receient were anxiously waiting for the tracking info but nothing. I can not lbelieve that how can USPS fails people trust on just some basic service.

We often visit the Sand Canyon office rather than deal with this location, however that is not always possible. This morning my daughter needed 4 stamps to take with her to camp. She needed to be at school by 8:30 so we opted to go to this post office as it is just a few blocks away. We arrived at 7:30; at 8:20 we had to leave sans stamps as there were still 2 people in line in front of us. In hindsight it would have been faster to simply have gone to Sand Canyon and my daughter would have had the needed stamps.No one should have to wait an hour for stamps. Any time we have had to deal with anyone from this office it is the same... they are rude or short-tempered, complacent and lack any sense of urgency or customer service. The few times we have mailed items from this post office there have been issues, including delays with priority mail and lost packages. Our forwarded mail would sometimes take 4-5 weeks to arrive when we had first moved, if it arrived at all.
