Cakes Galore

LM got this one right! I have used this business for 2 occasions so far. The owner made a beautiful carousel baby shower cake and a fabulous birhtday cake. The cakes not only look great, but are the best I have ever tasted. They are very moist and flavorful. The service can't be beat too. I plan to use this baker for my wedding next fall.

My wedding was April 16, 2005 and the presentation of my cake was very pleasing to the eye. I cannot tell you how the cake tasted first hand, because although it was a huge cake everyone ate so much of it that there was none left for the bride and groom. I am assuming that the cake was fantastic. People don't usually eat a lot of wedding cake but from my understanding it was very moist, light, and sweet but not overly sweet. Whenever we have another occasion to have cake or any baked good we will definitely call on Cakes Galore!
