My husband and I had a great experience over the weekend with the new management at Loretto! They helped us with our move and made sure all of our needs were covered. We are now the proud tenants of a 15/15 storage unit, currently storing all of our Christmas decorations and other items that we didn't have room for at the house. We were able to rent a U-Haul van and purchase moving supplies from Dave and Marcia at Loretto. Thanks to Dave and Marcia for the stress-free moving experience; I highly recommend Loretto to anyone in the Jax area looking to move or just store your junk!

My wife and I were very impressed with the great service that the staff provided. The relocation from Dallas was stressful enough, but the staff was very friendly and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The facility has plenty of options to choose from at a reasonable price. We noticed immediately how well taken care of and clean the property was, which was different from our previous experience.

The onsite staff were very professional and helpful. The storage is clean, well priced, and very functional compared to other places. Easy to get to being so close to the Avenues Mall. I also like that I can pay with my credit card. Great job to the Loretto Self Storage Staff- I will definately refer friends and co-workers.

Excellent Service- they offer all types of storage units that also include storage for boats and small RV's- On site staff was courteous and helped our family in our move- they also offered all our moving supplies and UHAUL truck and trailer rental. Great Experience and easy to get to!!
