Priority Tire

I ordered tires and did not receive them. I went online after a week to find out where they were and the tracking said they were damaged and returned to shipper. I had received NO notification of this and it happened 5 days prior. If I had not checked, would they have just kept my money??? I called Customer Service and they would not do anything to but offer a refund. They had no replacement tires available in my size. What POOR POOR customer service!!! No offer to give me a discount for future, no offer to send them when they get the same size back in stock, no replacing with new tire!! NOTHING!!! This was the 4th time I ordered from them and I WILL NEVER ORDER A TIRE FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!

I have have purchased from this company on ebay numerous times. Never disappointed! I do not know how they do it. Will buy from them again and again.

Your tire came to us yesterday. I was so grateful for the great condition it is in. It has a tad better condition than the other 3 we have, but it matches them well. I was also pleased that the tire didn't come in a giant box. THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently got a car with one odd tire. Found a used matching tire at vyc on ebay for a decent price and free shipping. Was more than a little skeptical but purchased it anyway. Received the tire in a few days and it was in very good condition (as advertised). Overall pleased with this purchase.

I needed a replacement tire for my vehicle so I went online to search for a used tire with similar wear that matched up with my existing tires. I found an exact match, it had similar wear as my other 3 tires and I ordered it. Not only was the price right, but they paid for shipping and I had it in 3 days. Nice huh?

They told me that tires passed their pre-shipment inspection. After sending them digital pictures. They agree to refund the price of one tire.

I have been buying used tires from them for a while now and they always roll as good as an expensive new tire. You can't find a better used tire anywhere. Who can afford or even want to spend 160$ for a new, suppossedly superior tire. I've done it, but i will never do it again. Used is fine for me. And I drive 400 miles round trip to see the grandkids with never a problem.
