This is all the info that i get, you try to call that location phone number and its not even working. Anybody had any luck getting their package?

I have been informed, came to the conclusion that Jamaica, NY post office is staffed with former thieves using a work release program but the problem is they keep on stealing from people even if it is only mail. As of November 12, 2015 my package was on it's way to China. On November 15, 2015 it was scanned Jamaica NY post office...No other info. The package still hasn't arrived in China. Your are awful. The packages stuck to your facility for ages. Someone has to investigate what happened there. International customer cant communicate with you. You make a lot of damage to your country websites and your are untrustable. Maybe someone there has a long hand! If you understand the meaning!!

Wow, shocked at how many of the same complaints are coming from this post office about packages being stuck here. Might as well add me to the list. Shipped something to someone in China almost 2 months ago and they haven't received it yet. This post office must be hoarding packages. How are they allowed to do this?

I have the same story as everyone else. "Your item arrived at our USPS facility in JAMAICA, NY 11430 on...." Two packages to Australia, both during the first week of December, both expensive to lose... This seems to happen quite frequently in Jamaica, NY. Anyone know the best way to lodge a formal complaint or would a call to a TV news outlet to recommend a USPS Jamaica investigation be in order?
