Abs Wood Flooring

The owner came and looked at the work I wanted completed and said he would send an estimate but never did, even after following up with him. I never heard back! It’s obvious I am not valued as a potential customer, the lack or shall I say the fact that he stopped responding to communication regarding Abs services proves that. I can’t rate the work because there wasn’t any started. As far as professionalism and the quality of customer service provided after the estimate I’d honestly have to give it a 1-Star (lowest option)🤨 seemed like a great guy who looks to do nice work but the follow-up experience unfortunately for me was poor. 😐
