I love the concept of the shopping at the outlet. It can be fun to be there. The problem that I continuously see when I do go is that there is no real control of the customers who do not follow the rules. Most are Spanish speaking individuals who do understand English , but when they choose not to they do not follow the rules. You have to be prepared to struggle with the customer , and then the associates who are in charge at the time. I had a terrible experience with Oisha when I last went to the store. She shut down a line that had 3 customers in it waiting to check out. She told the customers that they would have to move over to the other line that already had 3 customers In it because it she shut that registers down. It did not matter that they had been waiting. I watched her treat them rudely and then she told a new associate to tell me that when the line was big, I would have to leave my merchandise in the cart. which I had already had in a bag. I have been checking out this way for over a year and never had a problem before. She was very rude to me in front of the big line that she had created. I told her that I would never shop there again because of her rudeness to me and others. She did not seem to mind. It was no lose to her. I do like the store and the fun of shopping there, but the rudeness of the customers and the lead associates is not worth driving just to get upset.
