Excellent service. A+++ Not only were they cheapest piano movers in town, they had great service and great communication. They came prepared to move the Piano and they were ultra careful. I also setup a tuning session with them for another day. Able to give a quote on site with scheduling and cost. Very Very good pricing, and they take credit cards for moving and tuning. Best place in town, Moved my piano from Shawnee to Lenexa!!!

The most unfriendly experience I have had as a consumer, and I was in the retail business for 10+ years. When I inquired about helping me find a used piano, then move and tune it, the representative didn't really answer any questions, but offered up a piano he "happened" to have in stock. He said that is was partially reconditioned, and offered a 30 day guarantee when pushed. When I offered his asking price if it included delivery to a basement and tuning upon delivery he said he didn't want to do business with me. He didn't attempt to discuss price or options for these additions. I responded that I was new to piano shopping and was looking for guidance on what to do, and he said that I was looking for something free and to "have a good life." When I purchase our piano, there is one thing I will not be doing, calling Jones Piano House for any service needs.
