Oak Nails

Very rude. I went there on two separate occasions and both times they were rude (even though I tipped generously). The first time I went in I only had my acrylics soaked off because I didn't have time to refill them nor did I want them refilled at the time. Without exaggeration, I was asked 10 different times WHY I didn't want them refilled and then the reasons I should. I was VERY clear that I did not want them redone and they kept switching people in order to accommodate me. They were rude and very disrespectful. I went back a week later to get acrylics put back on and, again they were rude and acted like it was a huge imposition to them. When I told the man the length I wanted on them, he was rude and answered "I am the professional" and didn't cut them to the length I wanted. When I told him again he rolled his eyes and barely cut them any shorter. RUDE. I will never go back.
