Beyond Paradise Gardens

I had two trees purchased and installed by them that completely uprooted during a mild storm/wind. I called and they immediately went into their warranty does not include anything covered by "mother nature". They would come and replant for a fee, but couldn't do this over the weekend as "this was a heavy retail time for them." They lost any future retail business form me. Sometimes it is about doing the right thing. Obviously, if two trees became uprooted, your installers failed to secure the trees enough, seems like common sense to me.
