Absolutely the best from the initial phone call until the completion of the repairs. They were very courteous, professional, and very speedy with getting the work done. I highly recommend this place to anybody with their car service needs. I am now a customer for life!

I appreciate the automotive repair team at R & R Automotive so much!!! They welcome me into their work spaces, to see what they see is causing my vehicle a problem. They make me feel comfortable in asking questions, and they take the time to educate me on how my vehicle's parts work and interact, so that I can make informed decisions. Never, have I ever, felt uncertain in my decisions, or felt deceived by them in any way. They, have earned my respect. To me, they are all Drs. Of Vehicleology!

Went in for an emissions test the other day, shop was extremely busy. But I was greeted almost immediately by a young man named Rick. He did the emissions test in about 2 minutes. Handed my paperwork, explained everything. Then took the time to answer some questions I had about another vehicle of mine, he even gave me an estimate for some work that I have been putting off. This kid really made my day with his fast professional and overall courteous service. I will be back. And I will be sending friends and family to R&R Automotive from now on.

The mechanic here is excellent. He really knows his stuff. The customer service here is poor. They solved two problems I had that 4 other mechanics even the expensive mechanic, could not figure out,. One problem was for the emmissions and while the problem adventually came back I go there if I don't pass and they get me passed. The other problem was my car would just die on me when I was driving. Very danerous and intermittent. He figured out what it was (Fuel Pump) even though it wouldn't show up on any of the diagnostic machines at any of the repair shops. It has been running without a problem now for over a year and a half. Saved us from buying a new car.

I brought my car here because it was so close to my house and very convenient. I called the day before my car went in to see when they would be able to look at it, and I was assured that it would be looked at at 8am the next morning if I dropped it off the night before.

It wasn't looked at until the middle of the afternoon 2 days later. Everytime I called they told me mine was the car to go in the shop, that they had been too busy to look at my car, that they would stay late and look at it, and then again that it would be looked at first thing in the morning.

When they finally did look at my car, they didn't even call me to tell me what was going on. It wasn't until I called 20 minutes before they closed that they told me I had to take my car somewhere else because they don't work on transmissions and I would have to take my car elsewhere. The reason my car was originally put in the shop was because it was having problems starting and hadn't started correctly in 3 weeks- they proceeded to tell me they didn't notice anything wrong with it starting on any of the test drives they took it on.

When I picked my car up, not only did it have problems starting like I knew it would...but the miles on my car were identical to when I dropped it off. They never took my car on any test drives and never diagnosed the problems that I brought it in for.

I will never go back here, and would not recommend it to anyone.
