I recently had the pleasure of visiting Furniture depot Outlet, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. great prices I shopped around they hade the best price on Ashley products placed the order was delivered in a week I am vary happy with my new furniture.

Awful experience. Bought a loveseat from here and I didn't notice it had two small holes at the bottom of the couch until the fourth day. Called furniture depot to complain and they told me I signed the delivery slip and I should have noticed it upon inspection well I didn't. They told me I would have to haul the loveseat back to them for an exchange. I live 70 miles away and have no truck. I called the financing place and they told me they have had many complaints about them. They called furniture depot and straightend it out. A repair person fixed it and it looks great. Second issue they quoted me $164.00 for delivery. Well on my invoice it said $365? I called the manager and again he said I should have looked at the invoice more carefully and he did not give me any break on delivery. Third issue all male staff salesman kept calling all the female shoppers sweetie. I told him not to call me this but ignored me. number four issuee. Beside ordering the loveseat I ordered a sofa, chair, recliner and entertainment center with a fireplace. The recliner was on back order and I had to pick it up myself when it came in. They called and said it was in and it comes in two pieces and it will fit in my car. I go down there and they could not find it. They said someone probably stoled it. I just drove 70 miles to pick it up. Number four issue. They called and said it was in again I go down there and the manager explained how to put the two pieces of the recliner together making sexual references and laughing. I was with my 76 year old neighbor this was really embarrassing. I called the financing company again and complained again, they couldn't believe how unprofessional they were and they were going to call them and find out what is going on with them. Good luck if you go in there. It might be a good idea to know Spanish or bring an interpertor in because they could be talking about you and you won't even know it. You all have been warned with my experiences go somewhere else it will be worth it.

i bought a bedroom set a month ago from their, the price was great and i got delivery for my stuff and they put everything together, the sales guys at the store were very helpful too. I'm defiantly gona get some more stuff from their and i recommend the place to all my people.

i wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
simply this was one of the most anorganized furniture stores i ever seen .
what happend to me was that i bought some furniture 2 years go and i did go with their finance company which was back then wells fargo , all the sudden they
changed and of course they didn't inform people .2 years later . i decided to change from a queen bed to king so i went there again to see what they have . i actually did find something that i liked from a catalog of course ,it took two weeks for the futniture to arrive to the store .and of course they don't call you once they recieve your stuff .
anyway i called million times and if i rememberd i have been transfered million times from one salesman to another by the they say they will call back but i takes another three days of waithing then i called back and then of course the same senario again .at the end when we agreed on te day of the delivery , they did set me between 9 and 11 am guess when i recieved it . it was at 2.10 pm and on top of that the delivery was missing most of my order . so if you want my advice save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where there is serious sellers .

I purchased several items from this store in early 2010. They have a great product and the furniture was good quality for a low price. The only negative comment I have is when I purchased a certain sofa bed, the product came in time with the rest of my orders but it came without the hardware (screws, bolts,etc.) It took me over 3 weeks to get them to ship it in and that was only after playing phone tag with the sales man. I felt that they could have handled it a little better instead of the salesman telling me "it will get there when we receive it". If this was a commercial full chain store, they would have had a new sofa bed within two days at my door step. Also, one of the bar stools came with a different piece and I had to wait on that also.
Like I said, the product is great but the customer service is nothing special.
