Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Kyle

Please, please, please check reviews in Yelp, Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook regarding reviews of this facility. If I had had the knowledge prior to admitting my Mom here she would probably still be alive today. Reviews range from stay away, unprofessional, greedy, nurses need to go back to initial training of Nursing 101, disrespectful, lacking compassion, elderly patients left unattended with call bell ringing and ringing and ringing and it goes on and on. These are comments from patients, families, employees with real life stories to gain perspective of the facility prior to admitting your loved one here.

This rehab facility is awesome! The staff is professional and attentive. My 90 y/o Mom had a stroke last year, went ot he hospital, and then spent about 2 weeks at Warm Springs in Kyle. The pharmacist met with us personally and reviewed all of her meds. Mom's progress in P/T and speech therapy was amazing so when she had surgery a few months later, she was happy to return to Warm Springs. Again, the therapy she was given made her so much stronger. Mom suffered yet another stroke (!) and was just admitted again to Warm Springs in Kyle today. The nurses were so welcoming, and I feel so good about her being in a facility that cares. I have no doubt that they will work their magic on Mom again-Thanks Warm Springs!
