Advantage Hair Salon

I went in to get Red Highlights added to my hair and got Purple ones! I explained to the owner that I have a very important meeting the next day and it was highest priority that I look good. She stated that she could handle the red highlights no problem. When she started taking out the foils, I asked to see and she wouldn?t let me. ?ohhh, you can?t see anything until it drys?? That had me worried. Well, when it was dry half my head had purple hair and the other half nothing. She tried to blame it on me; she has been in the business 17 years. I asked her to fix it; well she said she didn?t have time, to come back tomorrow! I stated that I would be willing to wait until she finished her next appointment but she said no. I will never walk into those doors again and will never let anyone I know go in.
