Spoke with Amy D. who listened to our situation, and called back to tell us that a technician was in our area and would be arriving soon to service us. Mike E. very clearly explained what had to be done, and so he ran an a very thorough inspection of our water pipes. It was a great experience and we were happy to have been serviced so promptly. Phillip was very punctual. He immediately analyzed the issues we had and made 4 very fair estimates, detailing the different options at our disposal, and the financial impact of each option. Once we agreed with Phillip which option was the optimal one for us, he worked very dilligently to correct the malfunction we experienced. Phillip was very knowledgable, courteous and tidy. We highly recommend him.

Mike was very knowledgeable about the situation, showed me what was wrong, and gave tips on how to (help) prevent situation from reoccurring in the future and fixed the problem first time.

After taking cold showers for two days, we contacted Lake Cook. The office staff was friendly professional and knowledgeable. Amy set up an appointment with my husband and Kim kept in contact with us through out the day to let us know where Nick was and if he was running behind. When Nick arrived, he was so nice and pleasant. He was able to figure out what the problem was and gave us different options to fix everything. He also walked through my house and gave me pointers and showed us a few different things. We will definitely be calling them with any future plumbing needs!!!!

Mike E. was extremely polite & efficient with fixing our shower. He walked us through what our options were for repair & provided us costs with each; he ordered the part & the office quickly notified us & scheduled the subsequent repair visit to meet our schedule. We called Lake Cook Plumbing to help with a hot water pressure issue. They immediately set up time for a service rep to come out. Phillip showed up on time, even a few minutes early and was the ultimate professional. I had three small children in the house while he looked at the issue and he did not seem bothered by them at all. Upon assessing the water tank he presenting me with a variety of options to fit our budget. My children were very interested in what he was doing and he was patient and kind to them while he thoroughly explained the issue and how best to resolve. He even gave the kids a coloring book and tape measure to keep them entertained while we spoke. He completed the work right away and left no mess behind. Do yourself a favor and ask for Mike E. He is a true professional. He cleaned up superbly without me requesting. He was prompt on his arrival time, assessed the problem, got the tools he needed and worked very efficiently. His appearance was very professional and prepared an estimate before he started work. I would never use another plumber.

The person who answered the phone was very nice and courteous. She had said that the service man would arrive between 10-12:00. Phillip arrived at 11:15 and was just as nice and courteous!! He looked young to me so I was a little worried about his experience but he explained what needed to be done and got right to work. He did an awesome job!! I was very happy with how friendly Phillip was too. I felt the total price was a little too high for the job but the job was done in about an hour. And Phillip was neat and cleaned up after himself. I will call Lake Cook Plumbing in the future and will be asking that Phillip come back out.

After my water heater began to leak, I called Sears Home Services to replace it. I spent the next morning with a technician, & they assured me they would repair it that day and took my credit card payment. A few hours later, I got a call from a local plumbing service asking me when I would like to schedule the installation. Surprised, I said, "I'm here waiting for you." "Oh, no. We can't do it today," was their reply. I explained that I took the day off to meet the technician and that I couldn't take another day off. I also mentioned that I was promised it that day. Essentially I was told I could either schedule the installation for the next day or cancel the service. I cancelled the service. Then I called Lake Cook Plumbing. They had a technician at my house within an hour. He informed me he had a water heater in the truck and could have it done that day. Three hours after I initially called, I had my new water heater installed. Do yourself a favor, don't waste time with anyone else!!

Phillip was very helpful! He was very knowable and helpful gave us different options and insight to other pending issues as well.
