        Excellent attatude and manor.

        Performed two surgeries and I walk and feel close to 100% better.

        I suffer from Charcot Joints and Neuropathy.

        I was referred to Dr. Worman by my PCP. I made an appointment, arrived early, completed paperwork and waited...and waited...and waited. The office staff were as rude as they could be. Not once did the receptionist say that the doctor was running late. In fact another patient (caucasian) came in and was taken to the back while I continued to sit and wait. When my paperwork was finally handed off to a physician aide, I waited another 15 minutes when she came to the door, and said "follow me"--not introducing herself or asking me anything. She was quite rude. She sat me in a room and left, never said when the doctor would be in or anything. I could hear the doctor chit chatting next door and after sitting there another 15 minutes, I went to the desk and collected my paperwork and referral forms and left. I was very upset when I left the office and felt like I was treated this way due to racial prejudice. The doctor nor his staff never called to apologize. Marietta Bibbs
