Swims and Sweeps

Wow what great customer service!! From Alex answering the phone pleasantly and then having Kathy return my call in a timely manner. It's nice to know that there is a business that knows how important customer service is even just on the phone. Kathy was very knowledgable and pleasant to talk with and it was like talking with a friend!! Great job Swims & Sweep in Lawrence. This is one business that makes Lawrence still have the small town feel.
