BEWARE: I hired this company in Nov. last year to drive my boat to a ramp and put it on a trailer. The driver was over confident and attempted to do so in rough conditions when a safe harbour was just 5 minutes away. He rammed my potoon into a metal barrier repeatedly in the water, causing thousands in damage before deciding the safe harbour would be better. Despite me witnessing, photos of the damage taken on the spot and even a recorded phone call promising to make it right, it's now 4 months later, my boat is not repaired and the owner has been unresponsive. Now I have to hire an attorney to try to compel them to do the right thing. My experience is do not trust this company to move your boat or if damages result from their poor judgement, you may not get them to fix your boat timely (if at all). What a shame to treat a customer like this...The owner didn't even respond to the BBB when they tried to contact him to resolve it. I wonder if they are even properly insured?
