It is a terrible thing to have to give a bad review but when it comes down to the truth it must be done for safekeeping is exactly the opposite of what it says they are full of tricks and fraud and disrespect to their clients in emergency they will hang up you on you on the telephone . You will regret requesting for safekeeping services heti pose is one of the most swindling underhanded backbiting Liars I have ever met if you are in need or have an emergency and your funds are in her pocket you she will hang up on you when you call for an emergency because you might need winter blankets she has no intention of delivering a service that helps the community. She has every intention and committing fraud through the banks and through the clients that she can and she does and it's been going on for a long time I personally have experienced this I have made a report to the Social Security Administration and she will be under investigation and behind bars soon I pray

Safekeeping is the worse place to handle your SSI money. It's an organization started be Hettie Pous, and she has two other women that work with her. She's always late paying your bills, she doesn't ever give you all your money, she doesn't remember amounts to pay for your phone bill, (my nephew's has been cut off several times), and she will give him checks in very small amounts. She has been late with his rent several times, and we just found out that he is paying a fee for their services. We have complained to social security, but they never do anything regarding this ungodly business. They have never been with the Better Business Bureau, and no one knows of their worth, because they don't let it be known. I would advise everyone to stay away from this so-called business. If possibe, you're better off having a reliable family member to be your payee, or looking for an agency that is more reliable than the safekeeping agency, that obviously does not know what they are doing. Safekeeping will lie to Social Security, just to get you as a client. Not Good!!!! Get out while you can!!!! In order to submit this you're making me have to give a star, which I don't want to do!!!!

MY NAME IS RL BROWN AND I HAVE TO HAVE A PAYEE TO COLLECT MY SSI IT WAS A STIPULATION OF SOCIAL SECURITIY ADMINASTATION. I DONT KNOW WHY . IT STARTED WITH A DEBIT CARD THAT I COULD DRAW MY MONEY OUT ON EVERY FRIDAY AFTERNOON.THEN SOMETHING HAPPENED WITH THE BANK OR WHAT BUT THEY WENT BACK TO PAPER CHECKS AND GUARANTEED MY CHECKS WOULD BE HERE ON FRIDAY EVERY FRIDAY EXCEPT FOR A HOLIDAY. SO MUCH FOR THEIR GUARANTEE ME AND MY FIANCE ARE GETTTING READY TO GET MARRIED SOON WE HOPE WE KEEP PUTTING IT OFF BECAUSE SHE HAS TERMINAL COLON CANCER AND OVARIAN CANCER. THATS NOT THEIR FALT AT ALL BUTT WE EXPECT OUR MONEY AS PROMISED . I WILL NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A GOOD REVEIW ITS BEEN NOTHING BUT TROUBLE SINCE THE BEGGINNING.
