Macy's

Yesterday had the most unpleasant experience at the store. Was purchasing in their perfume department and had 20 people following me like vultures and circling around me, offering "their help", after politely saying no thanks to all of them, I selected 2 bottles of perfume and attempted to walk to make up area to get more staff. I was rudely stopped by one of the Macy's employee and was told that I can't leave perfume department with merchandize, that I have to buy them there and that “loss and prevention” department told them so. I explained to her that I have more things to buy and that I want to buy them all together. She was very rude, call security and by the time security made to the department, I already purchased everything from another register. As I was making the transaction, security and rude employee from perfume department were watching me, standing two feet away from me. I requested manager to speak to; I talked to manager Sarah, small petite girl, who seems like she just graduated from high school, and did not really know how to handle the situation. Very disappointing, that Macys hiring wrong people for the job, and do not train them appropriately. Will not go back to this location ever again. Was very hurt by how I was treated there.
