        Meshugge CrossFit at the J is located within the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City. In addition to the great space with all the best CrossFit toys, the program has access to the J's indoor running track, indoor pool and the outdoor 50m pool during the summer. Amazing CrossFit crew!
