Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give a negative five stars, I would. The owner would go days without showing up, and constantly made promises to help but never followed through. Stopped by over 10 different times to try to get a refund, and she was never there DURING OPERATING HOURS. Then when we finally caught her there, she was disrespectful and blamed us for all the trouble. We will never return here!!!

The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. Competence is the first word that comes to mind, followed by friendly. I was made to feel at home, offered coffee and cookies, and listened to.I KNEW without a doubt that PoolKrafters understood what I needed and would help me fix my pool. Not only did they have what I needed for my pool problem, they sent a service man to my house to see that my new part was installed correctly. I could not be happier with the service I received.
