This is the second time I have used All About Trees. They are very professional! I had a limb that was torn off by a recent wind storm and they said the tree could be saved. It was a Bradford Pear and needed to be trimmed so that the tree wouldn't have anymore damage during high wind situations. I had them trim both of my Bradford's. I was VERY impressed. They cleaned the yard and you would have never known that there had been tree work performed. I was just as happy with my first experience. When I called I left my name and number and within 30 minutes I received a return call. They actually could come a day before they had promised, and I was also pleased about this. I had a friend that had referred their service to me and she too was quite pleased with her outcome! Thanks, All About Trees!

Estimate was for 1 30' tree to be taken down and stump grinded, and a very large limb taken off another tree. All wood of suitable size for firewood was to be left. In addition I supplied them with additional work on my neighbor's yard whose tree overhangs my property and needed to be cut down with no stump grinding. Got estimates for both properties with no problem. Accepted estimate on 4/29/13 when I called to set appointment. Was told would be done the following week depending on weather and I asked to be notified when closer to the date.



I understand it was a rainy spring but it took two months and NUMEROUS phone messages with no return calls before I was told by text message the crew would arrive Tuesday, July 2. On Monday, July 1, I received a call on my cell while at work from the crew supervisor that they were at my property and ready to do the work.



When I came home after work the crew had finished and was working on the neighbor's property (who, by the way, expanded the amount of work he wanted done from my intitial contact). Yard was neat as a pin but NO FIREWOOD. In addition, they'd grinded the stump of the neighbor's overhanging tree which was not requested. When I spoke with the crew foreman he said he wished he'd known as it would have saved them a lot of work as they had already hauled off my firewood. I pointed out on my carbon copy of the estimate where it stated "leave firewood" in two places. I was then offered replacement firewood of equal or better quality than what had been taken and had the foreman sign a statement I added to my copy of the estimate stating the same and that delivery would be made by July 12.



July 12 arrives but my firewood didn't. It took two additional phone messages (again with no return calls) to get delivery the following week. Again I was notified by text of the delivery.

Talking to the guys at all about tree care you get the feeling they love to talk about trees. They didn't just come to my home and give me a price like the other tree co. they took the time to answer all my Question and told me what my trees needed.
