My experience with Tamara Wolfe has been very good. I saw her initially and now both of my kids and my mom are her patients. She is knowledgeable and takes time with us and we've had good results from the treatments she prescribes. It is true that the office requires a credit card on file but this isn't a problem for me. I switched to this office because I could actually get an appointment. My experience with other dermatologists in the Lees Summit area was I couldn't get in for several months.

As with others, my experience was terrible. I went thru the being on hold forever 3 times before I was able to make an appointment. Tamara Wolfe came in, barely looked at my 2 spots of skin cancer, froze them, and started to walk out. I ask her if I could ask a question about another spot of cancer and she stood at the door and looked at me disgusted and said "What" After I got home, I took my makeup off and she hadn't even frozen one spot of cancer...she was way off the spot. I realize none of our remarks matter, but I won't be going back ever!

I've see. Dr. Fieleke for 2+ yrs. I go every 12 wks for injections. Their latest appointment is 3:45. Every time I've made my appointment I've told them I can't be there until 4:00 b/c work. All along this has worked out- only takes 8 min to be given injection. Last time I arrived at 4 and they canceled my appointment. I rescheduled for a MONTH later. I had a major flair up of my psoriasis and then when I got my injection I had such bad side effects that I missed work anyway. Today I call and was on hold for 8 min then had to leave a message. I arrive at 4 and the snobby receptionist tells me my appointment was canceled. I tell her they can't mess with people's health like this. I show her my phone and how long I was on the call. She talks to the doc and I get in the room and explain my frustration to Dr. Feileke- he belittles me saying that I need to take the time to manage my health. Sorry doc but I don't know many people who can take 1/2 day off work every TWELVE wks. Not going back

Don't ever go here. They overcharge for everything, call everything cosmetic and won't file insurance. They when the treatment doesn't work, and you go back for service that wasn't satisfactory, they charge again. NEVER ever will i return here unless I can't find another dermatologist.

Terrible! After biopsy results came back - nurse told me what it was - rare but nothing to worry about I'll call in an rx Dr. Green wants you back in 2 months.

2 weeks and 4 calls/messages later - my phone calls aren't returned! I'm calling because my rx was NEVER called in!

I will never go back and never refer anyone there!

It's scary to be left not knowing exactly what is going on with me!

I have never written a review before but after my poor experience with this group I would suggest to avoid this place. My doctor referred to this group, but when I went to the appointment the nurse told me (even though I had insurance) that I must sign an authorization allowing them to charge my debit card anytime without notice. She said it was company policy and if I did not sigh I would not see a doctor. I would think most people would not want to do this without knowing what the charges would or could be in the future.

Unfortunately I have gone through two major cancer surgeries one being a type of skin cancer and I have seen many doctors which not one has requested such a outrageous and demanding request. I am glad to know this office is interested in making money more than treating patients. None of the paperwork they required me to fill out even asked me about my medical condition only financial. These doctors should be ashamed.

That clinic is designed to print money for the owners, not provide personalized care. It was obvious when I drove into the parking lot, and became glaring when they asked me to sign an authorization allowing them to make charges on my credit card any time without my knowledge. They also could not tell me how much the office call was going to cost, but they expected me to just give them my credit card, like writing a blank check. I walked out and made an appointment in a clinic where I believe I can get personalized care and service. A place where they may be able to remember my name rather than my credit card number. The reason we pay several times more for health care and receive worse care in America, is because we just hand over our insurance card or credit card and don't ask the price of the service, so that we can determine the cost to benefit relationship. We shop for everything from groceries to cars, but never ask the cost of medical care. That's why insurance and medical care is so insanely expensive. I won't sit still for being robbed.

I have to admit, I never put reviews out on anything, but I too just had a rather unpleasant conversation with the scheduling nurse. She wasn't particularly friendly. Then I was told they wanted to keep a copy of my credit card on file to use should my insurance not cover everything. I was personally uncomfortable with that and have decided to go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! Extremely rude personnel! Providers lunch more important than seeing patients. Lengthy wait times! Avoid at all costs. We won't step foot in that place again!
