Family Care at Arbor Walk

Do not trust this office staff. They gave me false information on what my responsibility of cost would be after insurance paid. When I called to ask them to help me speak with the insurance company, they informed me this is my responsibility to take care of myself. Alyssa in the billing department refused to help me in anyway. Although the amount quoted to me by two members of the staff and the amount billed was 500% more. I was a new patient, feel very mislead and actually feel lied to. Would not recommend, very poor customer service, the billing staff is the worst! I firmly believe the billing department submitted the incorrect codes to the insurance company but refused to try and fix the situation or even look into it for me.
