Glo Nail Lounge

I usually base my pedicures off of how they feel rather than how they look, which might not be fair:) That being said, this pedicure felt AWESOME. However, it didn't look great. But my biggest complaint was this..they have several pedicures to choose from. I chose the $30 one. Again, it was relaxing, long, and the calf/foot massages were wonderful. There was quite a language barrier with the gal doing mine which is always frustrating. When I went to pay, my ticket said '$45' instead of $30. I asked her which pedicure I got, and I THINK she said 'oh I gave you the special one'...which just happens to be the $45 one, and that's what she charged me! I was very confused and annoyed? But without really understanding what she was saying, I just paid and left. She did make my tired feet feel so goood, but that's very very shady

My mom went and had nails done and had them wax her upper lip. They went over the same spot over and over, now she has a big open sore from what they did. Going up there today to make them refund her money for causing this. We are getting ready to leave for Greece.. can you imagine having this big open sore on your face when you are going on vacation and are wanting to get pictures? If they do not compensate us we will see an attorney and sue for personal injury.

I just heard about this place yesterday so I decided to go in on my day off today. The decor is nice but not totally finished. I heard the people were very nice in here...I was greeted but it seemed as if they didn't understand what I was asking for. I sat down and got a lady to do my Shellac polish...she never introduced herself and probably said like five words to me the whole time! I think that her English wasn't all that great (which is fine) because I was asking her questions about the Shellac and she just looked at me puzzled...lol! I like the way the Shellac turned out so I intend on being a frequent customer and the prices are super affordable...I just hope someone starts talking to me next time!
