Lee's Summit Electric

Over a year ago I hired Lamar Smith owner of Lee's Summit Electrical to rewire my house. He received a $2,000 down payment was sporadic at showing up always had an excuse for not being there finally never returned won't return phone calls. Also was drinking on the job site. Also referred him to st. Vincent de Paul Church to do five parking lot lights he's been working on this job for more than a year now and still has not completed it to the point that the church called me and want to know if he was still alive because he wouldn't respond to phone calls. Consumers beware.

I just wanted to say this is the best electrician on the planet! Lamar came out with hours of a major storm. i know he juggled his schedule to make time for me. He diagnosed my problems right away. He quoted me a price that included permits and a city inspection and completed the project the same day under his quoted price. Got the city over to inspect and got approval right away.

I highly recommend them for any electrical services you need. If ever there was a company that goes above and beyond normal expectations...

LIARS & CHEATS! This company scammed a 78 year old lady living on social security out of $1,700 promising a "government rebate program" that does not exist. We're filing a claim with Missouri Elderly Abuse... which we hope brings CRIMINAL charges against Lamar Smith. What a dog!

Had a new panel installed. Was promised a refund from the recalled panel. Talked to the owner 3 times who promised to call back. Tonight was hung up on immediately. In the process of working with the BBB and in contact with a lawyer to get my refund I was promised. Please steer clear of this business. Expecting a call back from call for action as well
