Potters Haven

We had our daughter's 8th birthday here recently and it was an amazing experience. One of the staff remained with the party as they painted and got the girls whatever color they wanted to use if it was not in the selection they provided. My daughter and her friends were so excited to get to take the pottery home with them that day and loved everything about it. I would definitely recommend this as a party idea to all of my friends!

The worst customer service I've received at any business, ever! We held my child's birthday party there, and it was an awful experience. We had previously gone to Pottery Art, in Independence, which was wonderful, but it closed, so we tried this place. The pieces were overpriced, the selection was terrible, the ladies working played hard rock/heavy metal music during the party (totally inappropriate for a child's party), did not label any of the pieces with names, offered no assistance, only allowed us to use 5 colors of paint! Worst birthday party experience EVER!
