        Not my first choice....

        Overall I like Sonic and their food, but this particular location I have had some major issues with service. One time I ordered and my food never came. When I pushed the button again to ask where my food was, they said the new girl didn't see my car there. Not even an offer of a free desert for the trouble. Another time they ran out of onion rings and it was only 5 PM on a weekday evening. Then recently, on Tuesdays when it is half price burger night, if you don't watch them, they charge you full price. I think they need to work on training new people and when a customer has an issue, at least offer something to make it worthwhile for them to come back and give you another try.
