The purpose for creating this company was simple – organize a retirement focused company that is a reliable source for reviewing, planning, and implementing varied retirement strategies for pre-retirees or existing retirees. Sage Financial, Inc. is equipped to help work toward the unique retirement goals of people from many walks of life. Terry is securities and insurance licensed in Kansas. His licenses include securities licenses 6 and 63; we are also structured with the ability to refer clients to several attorneys, seasoned CPA’s, and a Kansas notary. Combined, our representatives are securities licensed in the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan and Utah. Sage Financial, Inc. is accredited with the Kansas Better Business Bureau, and the Shawnee Chamber of Commerce. We are focused on providing the most relevant planning processes involved with retirement planning, including but not limited to: income preservation and distribution strategies, tax-reduction strategies, risk analysis, independent objective portfolio analysis, estate planning and preservation, and legacy accumulation.         We are conveniently located at K-7 & 83rd St., just a ½ mile East of K-7 on the South side of the road. Our building is a cream stucco building with a green roof located in Continental Business Park.
