Able Appliance Repair

Our 2-year old front-loading washer flooded the room and was in need of repair. I looked at reviews for a number of companies and Able Appliance had lots of good reviews, so I chose them.

They sent John out and he arrived early within the time frame we were given. He immediately diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, this particular washer required a extensive tear-down in order to make the repair. John was able to get everything apart quickly. He definitely was experienced. He didn't mind me hovering and kept me informed of everything that he was doing.

After the repair was made, he stuck around to make sure that there was no leaks. Before leaving, he also gave me some maintenance tips on this washer.

We will definitely be using this company again if we need appliance repair. We will be requesting John.
