        DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They billed us wrong and will not correct the issue and keep sending bills. They never return phone calls! Shady place. Check Better Business Bureau for more information.

        Dr. Felecity Warren very unprofessional

        Although the practice itself is good I would not recommend anyone to Dr. Felicity Warren. I saw her on two occassions; one for me and one for my nine year old daughter. Her bedside manner is at best immature and disrespectful. On my last visit she made several sarcastic remarks about my questions; justified her recommendations simply on the fact that she is the doctor- not me; and stormed out of the room when I expressed displeasure in her tone.

        In dealing with my daughter she shared personal information about herself that I felt was inappropriate and a bit odd. Her juvenile behavior and unprofessionalism has led me to terminate all associations with this practice.

        Unfortunately with patients access to medical information on the internet, doctors are constantly being challenged by patients who feel their knowledge base exceeds the doctors 12 years of higher education and 15 years in practice. Patients also have feelings of anxiety in the office and may interpret comments according to their own mood. If attempting to make a young patient feel comfortable is bad bedside manner I apologize. I hear both sides of the coin on approaching children and parents love to express their feelings about that. Finally I have never meant to offend any of my patients, I attempt to be jovial to allay patients anxiety or fears.
